Job summary

Sun City Lincoln Hills Community Association is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join Meridians Restaurant. You will prepare and cook a variety of menu items, maintain sanitation standards, and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

The ideal candidate has strong basic cooking and knife skills, is comfortable with commercial kitchen equipment, and can work efficiently during busy service periods. Weekend and holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18+ years old.
• Food Handler's certification required or must be able to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend English.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant kitchen or 2+ years of culinary school training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items.
• Set up and maintain prep and service stations.
• Coordinate with other kitchen staff to support smooth service.
• Assist with prep work, equipment operation, inventory awareness, and proper storage of food items.
