Job summary

Genesis Hospitality is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join its kitchen team. You will follow recipes, ensure portion control and presentation, and contribute to a fast-paced service during both day and evening shifts.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication, multitasking and organization, and can work weekends. Spanish language skills are a plus. Genesis offers a competitive salary and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
• Execute service and production for all areas of the kitchen.
• Maintain clean and sanitary workstation and kitchen areas.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and dress code.
• Attend in-service trainings and work varied shifts including weekends.
