Job summary

Cowlitz Indian Tribe is seeking a prep cook to join a fast-paced kitchen, preparing and delivering high-quality meals as part of a culinary team. You will assist with ingredient prep, ensure cleanliness, and help sustain stock levels while supporting chefs and fellow staff.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and adherence to health and safety measures. This on-site position may include shifts that accommodate various hours.

Responsibilities
