Qualifications

• Food handler permit required.
• 6 months in dishwasher or higher, or 1 year in kitchen prep/cooking.
• Ability to take initiative and work safely.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Must follow recipes, prep sheets and instructions.
• Willing to undergo NRWC pre-employment testing.

Responsibilities

• Open and close checklists completed.
• Prepare meats, seafood, poultry and vegetables per daily prep list.
• Use broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and kitchen equipment safely.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work station and proper temperatures.
• Assist in closing kitchen and participate in team meetings.
