Hilton Houston Westchase is seeking a motivated Cook / Line Cook to join our Food and Beverage team. You will prepare high-quality meals, follow recipes, and maintain food safety and cleanliness standards in a busy kitchen. This role emphasizes teamwork, consistency, and attention to plated presentation during service.

Responsibilities include operating broilers, ovens, grills and fryers, stocking line stations, and assisting with prep during peak times. Weekend availability preferred.

Formación

• Culinary degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role.
• Current Food Handler or ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare a variety of food items using broilers, ovens, grills, and fryers.
• Maintain quality and presentation of dishes as per recipes.
• Keep work stations clean and sanitary at all times.
• Stock and rotate product at line stations for smooth service.
• Assist with prep during off-peak periods as needed.
• Follow opening/closing checklists and kitchen safety rules.
• Communicate inventory and department needs to management.
