Qualifications

• A minimum of two years’ experience in kitchen preparation and line cook.
• Able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong teamwork and communication.
• Basic reading of cooking directions.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, stock, and maintain high quality cuisine.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation and follow sanitation rules.
• Close the kitchen properly and assist others with closing.
• Report shortages or issues to Chef promptly.
