Responsibilities

• Assist with stocking and setting up kitchen stations for efficient service.
• Prepare food by cleaning, cutting ingredients, and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers, and snacks.
• Plate dishes following senior chef's guidance to ensure visual appeal and quality.
• Collaborate with fellow cooks to maintain a team-focused approach to food production and service.
• Monitor product freshness and rotate stock according to kitchen schedules.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
