Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Line Cook in a high-end or fast-paced kitchen.
• Familiarity with diverse cooking techniques and kitchen procedures.
• Comfortable working efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards.
• Sharp attention to detail with multitasking ability under pressure.
• Knowledge of meat, poultry, and seafood preparation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with stocking and setting up kitchen stations for efficient service.
• Prepare food by cleaning, cutting ingredients, and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers, and snacks.
• Plate dishes following senior chef’s guidance to ensure visual appeal and quality.
• Collaborate with fellow cooks to maintain a team-focused approach to food production and service.
• Monitor product freshness and rotate stock according to kitchen schedules.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
