Qualifications

• Experience as a Line Cook in a high-end restaurant is preferred.
• Understanding of diverse cooking techniques and kitchen procedures.

• Strong knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Meat, poultry, and seafood prep knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities
