The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to health standards, and comprehensive knowledge of ta o Group Hospitality recipes and brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-year culinary line cook experience required.
• Experience as a line cook in a high-volume operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and accommodate guests' needs.
• Handle allergy and dietary restrictions and modifications.
• Prepare all restaurant foods, hot and cold, across kitchen areas.
• Follow orders from POS system and expeditor.
• Maintain station cleanliness and sanitation.
• Work as part of a team and support coworkers.
• Know and execute recipes to company standards.
• Communicate product needs to chefs and staff.
