Job summary

Ideal candidates have 2 years of line cook experience, comfort with lifting up to 75 lbs, and strong communication skills to keep service running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2-year culinary line cook experience required.
• Experience as a line cook in a high-volume operation preferred.
• Ability to write and verbally communicate.
• Must move quickly and lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all restaurant foods, hot and cold, across stations.
• Follow orders from POS and expeditor, maintain cleanliness.
• Work in all aspects of food preparation and kitchen operation.
• Maintain knowledge of recipes and restaurant standards.
• Collaborate with team and support staff to ensure timely service.
