Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items following recipes, portion controls, and presentation guidelines.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, following all health and safety regulations.
• Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food service.
• Follow proper food storage, labeling, and rotation procedures.
• Assist in restocking ingredients and supplies as needed.
• Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and grilling.
• Maintain a sense of urgency and attention to detail, especially during peak hours.
• Assist with kitchen opening and closing duties as assigned.
