You'll lead station setup, monitor cooking procedures, and ensure dishes meet flavor profiles. Flexibility, teamwork, and adherence to food safety are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients following recipes and line builds.
• Lead station setup with focus on proper cooking, plating and timing.
• Independently execute menu items to order with consistent quality.
• Ensure all meals meet quality standards and flavor profiles.
• Oversee post-shift duties: cleaning, stocking, and inventory checks.
• Label and store foods, maintain time-temperature logs.
• Follow opening/closing duties per ABV guidelines.
• Assist with unloading, inspection, and storage of ingredients.
