Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience, are 18+, and flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong teamwork and attention to detail are essential for guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months of Line Cook and/or Prep Cook experience.
• 18+ years of age; Food Handlers Certification as required.
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards; prepping and cooking menu items per recipes.
• Minimizing food waste and ensuring proper portions; coordinating with expo.
• Collaborating with service team to ensure food is accurate and delivered promptly.
• Operating kitchen equipment safely; maintaining a stocked and clean station.
• Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties as assigned.
