Job summary

Dave & Buster’s/Main Event Entertainment in Colorado Springs is seeking a part-time Line Cook who is passionate about food quality and delivering a memorable guest experience. You will prep and cook menu items according to recipes, maintain station cleanliness, and coordinate with expo to serve meals hot and fresh.

Must have at least 6 months of Line Cook or Prep Cook experience, be 18+, and hold a Food Handlers Certification.

Qualifications

• Must have 6+ months of Line Cook or Prep Cook experience.
• 18+ years of age; Food Handlers Certification as required.
• Able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prepping and cooking all menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Minimizing food waste by proper portions and avoiding ticket errors.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely delivery of food.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Keep station clean and stocked before, during, and after each shift.
• Perform opening, mid-day or closing duties as assigned.
