Qualifications

• Prior cooking experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Proficient with kitchen tools and equipment; back-of-house operations understood.
• Reliable, punctual team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recipes efficiently using various cooking methods.
• Read & follow recipes with accurate measurements for consistency.
• Demonstrate strong knife skills including chopping, dicing, and slicing.
• Ensure order accuracy through mise en place, proper portioning, and correct temperatures.
• Plate dishes attractively with proper garnishing and presentation.
• Support opening and closing duties, station setup and breakdown, FIFO stocking, and cleanliness.
