• Read & follow recipes with accurate measurements and weights.
• Demonstrate strong knife skills including chopping, dicing, and slicing.
• Ensure order accuracy through mise en place, portioning, and correct temperatures.
• Plate attractively and present meals to guests.
• Support opening and closing duties and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
