True Food Kitchen in Annapolis is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen, preparing dishes across stations and ensuring quality and consistency.

The role requires 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant, exceptional knife skills, a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, teamwork under pressure, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; part-time to 40 hours per person offered. • Wash and disinfect kitchen, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.

We’re looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our fast-paced, high-energy kitchen. You’ll prep, cook, and plate delicious dishes across stations like Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill (experience in multiple stations a plus!).
