Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Basic food handling training or local health certification where required.
• Safe Alcohol Service training for team members serving alcohol.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all items per approved recipes and portion controls.
• Follows daily prep lists.
• Maintains cleanliness and proper storage per health regulations.
• Minimizes food waste and theft.
• Collaborates with server team to ensure accuracy of orders.
• Cleans work area and equipment after use.
• Opens or closes a workstation as scheduled.
• Maintains professional Cinemark culinary appearance.
• Follows SOPs, safety and sanitation protocols.
• Sanitizes high-contact areas and uses PPE as required.
