The ideal candidate has 2+ years of cooking experience, a valid Food Handler's Certification, and a creative, dependable mindset. You will stock stations, follow recipes, uphold safety standards, and collaborate with kitchen and service staff in a fast-paced environment, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional cooking experience.
• Food Handler's Certification.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Creative and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible with nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and brand standards.
• Ensure consistent food presentation, taste, and portions.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage.
• Assist in receiving, rotating, and storing inventory.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff for timely food delivery.
• Follow opening and closing kitchen procedures.
• Support banquet and special event food preparation as needed.
