• Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant setting.
• Experience with various cooking methods and techniques.
• Knowledge of best practices for food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Cook, prep, and plate restaurant and/or banquet food.
• Keep your work area clean during your shift.
• Prep Salad Station and Lunch/Dinner line throughout shift.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment (flat top grill, char grill, slicer, etc.).
• Wrap, label, and date all food items.
• Other relevant tasks as assigned.
