Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Springfield, proudly managed by Northwest x Southern Hospitality, is hiring a Line Cook. This role prepares and cooks food, maintains quality and presentation, and follows food safety guidelines to deliver excellent dining experiences for guests.

You will work with a culinary team in a fast-paced environment, with varied shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; hotel/restaurant experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hotel/restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills are important.
• Must be able to obtain required permits or certificates as needed.
• Up to 40 hours per week with varied shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes.
• Maintain quality and presentation standards.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Support daily kitchen operations and prep menu items.
• Keep workspace clean and organized and collaborate with the culinary team.
