Qualifications

• Minimum one year of cooking experience.
• Passion for food and hospitality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Team-oriented with good communication.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Culinary training or vocational education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and brand standards.
• Set up and stock kitchen stations with supplies.
• Prep ingredients including chopping vegetables, sauces, and portions.
• Assist with breakfast, dinner, appetizers, desserts, and special menu items.
• Plate food attractively and accurately.
• Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen.
• Properly store food and monitor inventory levels.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
