Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary arts education preferred.
• Serve-Safe Certification and Allergy Awareness Training preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ kitchen experience with food safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and quality standards.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
• Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients before cooking.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely service.
