Job summary

Fresca, LLC is seeking a Cook to join our kitchen team in Las Vegas. You will oversee shift operations, prepare items from standard recipes, ensure freshness, proper storage, labeling and food safety, and maintain a clean workstation.

You will assist the chef with menu execution and support the team to deliver high-quality guest experiences. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of high-volume kitchen cooking experience, strong knife skills, and reliable communication.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cooking experience in a high-volume or fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong knife skills and ability to handle kitchen tools with precision and safety.
• Ability to follow instructions and work quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items in accordance with standard recipes or supervisor direction.
• Ensure proper storage, rotation, and labeling of ingredients to maintain freshness and food safety standards.
• Monitor kitchen equipment and refrigeration units for cleanliness and operational condition.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
• Assist the chef in food preparation, menu execution, and proper product placement.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls and procedures.
