The Cheesecake Factory is hiring for a Line Cook in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment. You will execute recipes, maintain plating quality, and support station setup and breakdown while ensuring food safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Prior cooking experience in a full-service restaurant is ideal.
• Station experience across multiple stations (Flat Top, Grill, Broil, Fry, Pasta, Sauté, Salad, Pizza, Pantry, Appetizer, Oven or Prep).
• Familiarity with cooking techniques (roasting, grilling, sautéing, scratch cooking).
• Proficient with kitchen tools and equipment; understanding of back-of-house operations.
• Ability to deliver accurate orders with consistency.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and food industry standards.
• Must be 18 years or older and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recipes efficiently using various cooking methods and culinary techniques.
• Read and follow recipes with accurate measurements for consistent results.
• Demonstrate strong knife skills including chopping, dicing, and slicing.
• Ensure order accuracy through mise en place and proper portioning.
• Wow guests with plating, presentation, and garnishing.
• Support opening and closing duties including station setup and breakdown.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards and cross-contamination prevention.
• Work well under pressure and multitask with urgency.
• Support teamwork through clear communication and follow instructions.
