You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen, maintaining cleanliness, monitoring temperatures, and collaborating with kitchen staff to deliver timely meals. A High School diploma and 1 year of kitchen experience are required, along with a Food Handlers Certification; Spanish/English bilingual skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year in a high-volume kitchen.
• Proficient in grilling, frying, sautéing, and roasting.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Food Handlers Certification required.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook hot foods per recipes and production sheets.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following safety regulations.
• Monitor food quality and temperature to ensure safety and freshness.
• Operate kitchen equipment including ovens, grills, fryers and steamers.
• Assist with receiving and storing food, ensuring proper rotation and inventory.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely service.
