Red Robin in Federal Way is seeking a line cook to prepare and cook meats, fish, poultry, gravies, soups, vegetables and other foods according to Evergreen Dining LLC's recipe book. You will cut, broil, sauté, and fry while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and pace.

Strong menu knowledge, reliable attendance, and teamwork are essential as you collaborate with managers and coworkers to ensure guest satisfaction in a busy restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years related experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commonly used restaurant concepts and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Follows a recipe book to prepare and cook meats, fish, poultry, gravies, soups, vegetables and other foods according to proper preparation methods.
• Must cut, broil, sauté, & fry.
• Communicate with others to ensure accuracy and guest satisfaction.
