Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a Cook (Line, Grill, Fry) to deliver high-quality food with consistency, speed, and attention to detail. Cooks are cross-trained and work together to keep both the kitchen and dining room running smoothly.

You will work at multiple stations, read and prioritize tickets, portion and stock ingredients, and assist with front expo and dining room duties while maintaining a clean, welcoming space.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and portion menu items according to recipes and food safety guidelines.
• Work assigned stations including grill, fry, flat top, and bread station.
• Read tickets, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely preparation.
• Run food to guests when needed and assist with front expo to ensure orders are complete and presented properly.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area; assist with opening/closing duties.
• Wash dishes and help in dish area as needed; support coworkers to provide excellent guest experience.
