Keep stations clean, organized, and stocked; coordinate with front-of-house for dietary needs; monitor temperatures, follow ServSafe guidelines, and rotate stock using FIFO to ensure freshness and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of cooking experience.
• Solid understanding of fundamental cooking techniques and knife skills.
• Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work under pressure on a fast-paced line.

Responsibilities

• Craft the Experience by preparing, cooking, and plating high-quality menu items per recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain speed and accuracy during peak hours to minimize guest wait times.
• Set up, organize, and restock cooking stations with needed supplies.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to accommodate dietary requests.
• Monitor temperatures and ensure full food safety compliance.
• Assist receiving orders and rotate stock using FIFO principles.
