Job summary

Richland Square in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Cook to prepare delicious meals, work with a team, and create a welcoming dining experience for residents. This full-time role includes serving meals that are fresh, appealing, and made with care, with an every-other-weekend schedule.

The ideal candidate has ServSafe-like sanitation knowledge, a high school diploma or GED, and culinary training or apprenticeship; healthcare or hospitality experience is a plus. CPR/First-Aid is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED accepted.
• A culinary apprenticeship or training is preferred.
• CPR & First-Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare palatable foods that are appetizing in appearance.
• Adhere to safety and sanitary requirements.
• Learn basic tasks and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Be pleasant, friendly and helpful at all times delivering proper and timely service.
• Follow dress requirements and maintain good personal grooming.
