The Knickerbocker Chicago, part of Millennium Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Line Cook to join a fast-paced kitchen team. You will prepare dishes, maintain quality, and collaborate across departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Monitor food temperatures during cooking and service.
• Prepare meals for guests with allergies or dietary needs.
