Job summary

Qualifications

• At least one year of kitchen/prep experience or one year of culinary school is required.
• Customer Service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily production of restaurant, room service, and outlet menus.
• Maintains and completes daily prep and cleaning lists and tasks.
• Label and date all products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation.
• Apply basic knife skills for preparation of hot and cold foods.
• Produce recipes efficiently and consistently.
