Job summary

DineAmic Hospitality is hiring line cooks for its West Loop location. You will contribute to a fast-paced kitchen by preparing hot and cold menu components, portioning ingredients, and plating with attention to recipe standards.

The role requires accurate, efficient preparation across multiple stations and a strong commitment to food safety, sanitation, and teamwork in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of restaurant kitchen experience required; fine dining and/or high-volume restaurant experience preferred.
• Valid Food Handler Certification required.
• Ability to work across multiple kitchen stations and shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare components of all menu items following recipes and yield guides.
• Cook and prepare a variety of foods using different methods, including from-scratch sauces and garnishes.
• Move between saute, grill, pantry, and fry stations as needed to support service.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and timely execution while maintaining sanitation standards.
• Label, rotate, and manage station stock; follow FIFO and safety procedures.
