Hilton Madison Monona Terrace in Madison, WI is seeking a Cook to join our Culinary team. This full-time role requires morning and weekend availability and offers a starting pay of $17-$19 per hour based on experience.
You will help prepare high-quality meals for guests and staff and contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen environment. We provide a supportive atmosphere where you can grow your culinary skills, enjoy a free meal each shift, and access room and dining discounts across
Competenze
- Basic kitchen experience with knife skills and sanitation knowledge.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions from the Chef.
- Ability to read orders from the POS system.
Mansioni
- Set up equipment and ingredients prior to service.
- Read and prepare menu items quickly and accurately from recipes.
- Prepare food for team member meals.
- Perform inventory checks on perishables and flag expiring items.
- Assist with banquet prep to meet client expectations.
- Maintain clean, organized prep areas and proper labeling.
