The position is full-time, hourly, with shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Pay ranges from $18.74 to $21.84 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Must own a set of knives.
• Knowledge of knife handling and basic cooking procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare station-specific items per recipes to ensure consistency and quality.
• Monitor storage, portions, and stocks like sauces.
• Maintain cleanliness to meet Health Department regulations.
• Keep equipment clean, sanitized, and functional.
• Uphold high standards of production and presentation.
• Maintain personal hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Manage station setup, breakdown, and prep work.
• Follow recipe specifications for all food preparation.
