Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food Handlers certification required before start date.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Punctual and reliable attendance.
• 1+ year of experience in a high-volume establishment.
• Well-groomed and professional appearance per uniform standards.
• Attention to detail and passion for serving guests.
• Positive and professional attitude in all aspects of the role.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Follow prep list daily to prep items for your station and ensure items are washed, chopped, and sorted.
• Assist with setting up and stocking kitchen stations.
• Label, date and stock ingredients so items are organized and accessible.
• Accurately measure ingredients according to recipes or specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Prepare all food items according to recipes and ensure high quality.
• Plate food according to recipes and maintain clean plate presentation.
• Work with expo and staff to ensure orders are completed on time.
• Wash and store cooking utensils and equipment properly at shift end.
• Ensure food safety standards and regulations are met.
