Responsibilities

• Label, date and stock items ensuring ingredients are organized and accessible.
• Accurately measure ingredients according to recipe specs.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and items.
• Prepare all food items according to recipes and ensure high quality.
• Plate food according to recipes with clean presentation.
• Collaborate with expo and staff to complete orders on time.
• Wash and store cooking utensils and equipment at shift end.
• Ensure food safety standards and regulations are met.
