Qualifications

• Experience as line cook or similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation and portion control following recipes.
• Cook a variety of items including grill, sauté, fry, roast, and plate.
• Maintain high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
• Coordinate timing with kitchen staff during service.
• Maintain sanitation and proper storage of ingredients.
• Monitor inventory and notify manager of shortages.
• Collaborate with team and assist in other kitchen areas as needed.
