The Cheesecake Factory is hiring for a Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen. You will prepare a wide range of dishes from scratch, read recipes accurately, and maintain precise portioning and temperatures to ensure consistency and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior cooking experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Station experience across Flat Top, Grill, Broil, Fry, Pasta, Sauté, Salad, Pizza, Pantry, Appetizer, Oven or Prep.
• Familiarity with roasting, grilling, sautéing, or scratch cooking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recipes efficiently using various cooking methods and techniques.
• Read and follow recipes with accurate measurements for consistent results.
• Demonstrate strong knife skills: chopping, dicing, slicing.
• Ensure order accuracy through mise en place, portioning, and correct temperatures.
• Present dishes with attractive plating and garnishing.
• Support opening/closing duties: station setup, breakdown, FIFO stocking, cleanliness.
