Westerfield Club in Tuscaloosa, AL is seeking a Line Cook to join our growing culinary campus. You will help execute rotating seasonal menus across our flagship clubhouse and support high-end banquets, weddings, and member events.

We are building five brand-new concepts with opportunities to move up rapidly as we expand. Candidates should bring passion for fine dining, strong knife skills, and a can-do attitude in a fast-paced, luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience on a hot line in fine dining, banquets, or high-volume scratch kitchens.
• Culinary degree is a plus, but hustle and knife skills matter more.
• Adaptable, eager to learn, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Execute rotating seasonal menus at our main clubhouse.
• Prep and plate for high-end banquets and events.
• Work alongside a team dedicated to scratch cooking and culinary excellence.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety and station organization.
