AC Hotel Tuscaloosa Downtown in Tuscaloosa, AL is seeking a Line Cook to prepare and cook food in a fast-paced kitchen. You will work on stations such as grilling, sautéing and salad prep, following recipes and maintaining quality and presentation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review previous day’s production and butcher counts to set daily production levels.
• Set up and service lunch/dinner lines and cold stations to meet needs.
• Identify and select meats, seafood, dairy, produce for prep.
• Cook all foods to order per customer specifications.
• Prepare additional items including appetizers and sides.
• Garnish dishes to maintain presentation quality.
• Maintain clean and safe kitchen and proper sanitation.
