Job summary

Panther National in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is seeking a Line Cook to join a fast-paced culinary team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality food, maintaining sanitation, and assisting with prep for all dining outlets.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years cooking experience, a strong knowledge of food safety, and the ability to work weekends; ServSafe certification is required/maintained. This role operates within Troon’s hospitality-focused property group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of professional cooking experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Reliable, punctual, and well-organized.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Accurately complete daily prep lists before and after each shift.
• Assist in preparation, production, and setup for all dining outlets.
• Follow standardized recipes to ensure quality and cost control.
• Assist with inventory and receiving as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe operation of kitchen equipment.
