You will learn and maintain standards in food production, expedite orders, and practice sanitation while supporting daily operations and banquet events. Follow recipes, assist with inventory, and report variances to the chef as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in culinary arts and 2 years of culinary experience or training.
• SERV Safe certification is preferred.
