Job summary

The Delicatessen - Phoenix is seeking passionate Line Cooks to join a high-energy, chef-driven kitchen where quality, teamwork, and consistency matter every shift. You’ll set up and stock stations, prep and cook, and work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to deliver exceptional dishes.

Candidates should have line or prep cook experience, solid cooking techniques, and a strong team mindset. Culinary training is a plus, with HS diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience required (line or prep).
• Understanding of cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock stations with ingredients and supplies.
• Prepare food for service, chop, portion, sauce prep.
• Cook menu items to chef specifications.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and Sous Chefs during service.
• Maintain speed, consistency, and quality.
• Keep workstation clean and organized.
• Rotate and store inventory properly.
• Follow all food safety standards.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude.
