Job summary

Chompie’s Restaurant and Deli in Phoenix, AZ is seeking Line Cooks to prepare our recipes following established procedures and uphold health and safety standards. You will work across multiple stations, maintain clean, organized cookware and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities include cooking to recipe specifications, managing ticket times, collaborating with kitchen staff, and adhering to HACCP and sanitation requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant is preferred, but not required.
• 16+ years of age with reliable transportation and availability for flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Learn all menu items across all line stations.
• Cook dishes per recipes with portion control and quality standards.
• Manage tickets with urgency to ensure timely guest service.
• Collaborate with prep cooks and Kitchen Manager to protect recipe integrity.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines; maintain Maricopa County Food Service Worker Certification.
• Complete HACCP logs and related procedures.
• Maintain hygiene and hand-washing protocols.
• Be punctual, attend shifts, wear proper uniform.
