Responsibilities

• Receive and understand food orders.
• Prepare, season, finish, and garnish foods according to recipes.
• Work across kitchen stations with knowledge of equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, sanitary work area per State Health Regulations.
• Follow recipes and control procedures.
• Assist in all areas of food production as needed.
• Maintain a consistent attendance record.
