Qualifications

• Experience in a culinary operation such as full service hotel or restaurant.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Must be Serv-Safe certified or obtain certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and understand food orders.
• Prepare, season, finish, and garnish food per recipes.
• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary area per Health Regulations.
• Work various cooking stations and use kitchen equipment.
• Follow recipes and control procedures.
• Assist in all areas of food production.
• Maintain regular attendance.
