Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to prepare a wide variety of food items to standard in a high-volume, fast-paced operation.
• Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of sanitation procedures.
• Ability to stand and walk, with ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides superior guest service and ensures positive interactions with guests and employees.
• Reads orders and prepares food according to established menu plans.
• Observes and tests foods to determine sufficient cooking.
• Enforces Health Department regulations on food handling and cleanliness.
• Maintains equipment and areas in a sanitary, safe, and effective manner.
• Coordinates orders with dining room staff and communicates clearly.
• Prepares all food items accurately and in a timely manner.
• Completes prep items as written on prep sheet.
• Assists other team members as needed.
• Performs additional duties as requested.
