Responsibilities

• Read, decipher and execute cooking procedures and plate presentations from established recipes and plate specifications.

• Keep station clean, organized, sanitized and stocked to PAR levels.
• Ensure knowledge of menus and plate specifications to guarantee product quality and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain safe work environment and proper use of safety equipment.
• Collaborate with team to deliver the finest possible service to guests.
